Role Summary We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Reactand Python (FastAPI/Flask). The ideal candidate should possess excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python. Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask. Develop reusable, responsive, and maintainable frontend components. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers. Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries. Design and maintain relational database schemas. Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Participate in Agile software development processes. Required Skills & Experience Frontend Strong proficiency in React.js. Strong understanding of: React Hooks and Component Lifecycle State Management (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or equivalent) Virtual DOM and Reconciliation Component rendering lifecycle Reusable component architecture React Router API integration Form handling and validation Code splitting and lazy loading Performance optimization Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with TypeScript is preferred. Backend Strong hands-on experience with Python. Experience building applications using FastAPI and/or Flask. Strong understanding of: REST API design Request lifecycle Routing Middleware Dependency Injection (FastAPI) Authentication & Authorization Pydantic models and validation Exception handling Background tasks Async programming (async/await) OpenAPI / Swagger documentation Database (Must Have) Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL. Database schema design and normalization. Complex SQL query writing. Query optimization and execution plan analysis. Indexing strategies. Transactions and locking mechanisms. Performance tuning and troubleshooting. Good to Have Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Familiarity with Kubernetes. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.Role & responsibilities .
