We're looking for a motivated Python developer who enjoys building products, learning quickly, and taking ownership of real-world projects. About LingVert lingvert.com is an AI-powered document digitization platform that transforms scanned and native documents into structured, editable, and multilingual digital formats while preserving the original layout. The platform combines document intelligence, OCR, translation, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate complex document workflows for businesses worldwide. Engineers at DTP Labs build and maintain the core technologies powering LingVert's production systems. Role Overview You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the technology behind DTP Labs' internal platforms and customer-facing products, including LingVert.com. The role involves building backend services, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), developing AI-powered workflows, and maintaining production applications using Python and Django. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django. Build and consume REST APIs. Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.) through LangChain or similar frameworks. Design AI workflows involving prompt engineering, document processing, and retrieval pipelines. Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and background task processing. Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers. Required Skills Strong Knowledge Python 3.14+ Django 6.0+ SQL and Postgre SQL Git and GitHub REST APIs HTML, CSS, and JS fundamentals AI / LLM Skills Experience working with LLM APIs LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks Prompt engineering fundamentals. Machine Learning Fundamentals Additional Technical Skills Redis Celery Linux command line Virtual environments Docker AWS cloud platform Experience: 23 years of experience Compensation: 4.8 6.0 LPA (Based on skills, experience, and interview performance) The ideal candidate is someone who can understand an existing project, confidently make enhancements, integrate AI capabilities using LangChain and LLM APIs, debug issues independently, and gradually become the primary owner of a production application.
