About Global Shared Services Center, India: Brinks Global Shared Services Center (GSS) in Hyderabad is a critical enabler of the companys global transformation and operating model evolution. The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities. The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets. Hyderabad offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact initiatives, build global exposure, and contribute to the continued evolution of Brinks operating model. Business Unit Description: This role sits within HR Operations, a team that plays a key role in supporting Brinks global workforce and advancing enterprise HR priorities. The function is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable HR services and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, partnering across global HR, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences and reliable HR operations at scale. As part of Brinks global operating model, the team helps drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence, enabling the business to operate more effectively and support employees across the full lifecycle. How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will: Data Governance & Strategy: Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks (ownership, standards, policies, controls) across Finance, Procurement, HR, and other domains. Establish clear accountability for data stewardship and lifecycle management. Master Data Operations: Oversee global master data processes (customer, vendor, employee, GL, cost center, project, material), including creation, validation, change control, and synchronization across ERP and enterprise systems. Reporting & Analytics Enablement: Standardize enterprise reporting and dashboards across functions. Own data models, metrics definitions, and reporting governance to ensure consistency, reliability, and alignment with leadership and regulatory needs. Data Quality & Integrity Management: Define and monitor data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness). Lead issue identification, root cause analysis, and remediation across systems and processes to ensure single source of truth. Data Integration & Architecture Alignment: Partner with IT to ensure data synchronization across ERP, HRIS, Coupa, ServiceNow, and analytics platforms. Govern metadata, hierarchies, and taxonomy standards to support scalable analytics and automation. Control, Compliance & Audit Readiness: Establish and enforce data control frameworks, segregation of duties, and audit trails. Ensure compliance with SOX, internal audit, and regulatory standards (e.g., data traceability, retention, and access controls). Service Delivery & MSP Governance: Own end-to-end service delivery for data management and reporting operations across captive GSS teams and MSP partners. Define SLAs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks. Stakeholder & Functional Alignment: Act as the central interface between GSS, Functional COEs (Finance, HR, Procurement), IT, and Markets to align data standards, reporting requirements, and priorities. Continuous Improvement & Automation: Drive automation, standardization, and platform consolidation (e.g., reporting tools, data pipelines). Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times and reporting speed. Organization Build & Leadership: Build and lead a global team across MDM, reporting & analytics, and data quality functions. Define role clarity, operating model, and capability roadmap aligned to GSS maturity journey. Experience: 7+ years experience in data management .
