Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling customer inquiries Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenging situations Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing demands Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge MONTHLY SALARY : 15000 per month .
