Senior Accounts Officer - Credit Control Job Overview As a Credit Controller Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining accurate financial records. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor customer credit accounts, chase overdue payments, and manage unallocated cash to support efficient cash flow and minimize financial risk. Responsibilities Debt Collection: Proactively chase outstanding debts through phone calls and emails to ensure timely payment from customers. Credit Account Management: Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, identifying potential payment issues and taking appropriate action. Aged Debt Reporting: Regularly review and work on the Aged Debt report to prioritize collection efforts and reduce overdue balances. Daily Chasing: Conduct daily follow-ups on aged debts to maintain consistent pressure and communication with delinquent accounts. Unallocated Cash Management: Investigate and resolve unallocated cash to ensure accurate application of payments. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, payment arrangements, and collection activities. Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection progress to management. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience with end-to-end credit control Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in financial software and Excel Ability to analyze financial data and reports Experience in credit control or accounts receivable is preferred Qualifications B.com/MBA/M.com/ CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA Work Model Location: Noida/Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Vadodara Model: WFO (As per client requirements) Shift Timings: 12:30 to 10 /1:30 PM to 11 PM (As per daylight) .
