This is a field sales job. Each Sales Representative will be allocated a specific city/district/territory and will be responsible for developing sales and expanding the company's distribution and retail network within that assigned area. Candidates will work in their allocated territory and are not required to work from our Batala office on a daily basis. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in FMCG sales. Key Responsibilities Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, grocery stores, and potential customers within the allocated territory.Promote and sell Urban Masala and Edible Oil products.Generate new business and develop new retailers and distributors in the assigned market.Take orders from new and existing customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.Regularly follow up with customers for repeat orders.Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.Inform customers about products, prices, offers, and schemes.Identify new markets and sales opportunities within the allocated territory.Collect market information and provide feedback regarding customer demand and competitor activity.Maintain records of daily market visits, orders, new customers, and sales activities.Coordinate with the company regarding orders, distribution, and customer requirements.Candidate Requirements Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or HigherFreshers can apply.Candidates with experience in FMCG, food products, edible oil, spices, grocery, or field sales will be preferred.Good communication and convincing skills.Should be comfortable working in the field and visiting the local market daily.Good knowledge of the candidate's local market and surrounding areas is preferred.Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.Ability to develop relationships with retailers and distributors.Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.Salary & Benefits Salary: 10,000 15,000 per monthSalary will depend on experience and skills.Petrol expenses for field sales will be provided by the company.Opportunity to grow with the company based on performance.Freshers will get an opportunity to develop practical FMCG sales experience.Important Work Location This is a multi-location field sales position.
