AR Caller Medical Billing & RCM

AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions LLP is looking for motivated professionals to join our US Healthcare RCM team as AR Callers. Location: Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Work from Office Shift: Afternoon / Night Shift Working Days: 5 Days a Week Role Overview The AR Caller will be responsible for communicating with US insurance payers, tracking outstanding accounts, and supporting timely claim resolution. This role is suitable for candidates who have experience in US Healthcare RCM, AR calling, payment follow-up, payment posting, authorization, or related healthcare processes. Responsibilities Contact insurance payers to obtain claim and payment information.Review outstanding accounts and perform regular follow-ups.Investigate unpaid, delayed, rejected, or denied claims.Document payer responses and update account information accurately.Follow up on pending reimbursements and payment issues.Support authorization and other RCM-related activities when required.Work closely with internal billing and operations teams.Maintain daily call and follow-up records.Achieve assigned productivity and quality benchmarks.Candidate Profile 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Voice Process.Prior experience in AR Calling, Payment Posting, Payment Follow-up, Authorization, Census, or related RCM functions.Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.Comfortable speaking with US insurance representatives.Good understanding of healthcare claims and insurance processes.Ability to analyze account information and identify next actions.Basic computer and MS Office skills.Candidates who can join immediately will be considered.Employee Benefits Competitive compensationPerformance incentivesHealth insuranceCareer advancement opportunities5-day working scheduleCommuter assistanceLeave encashmentPaid sick timeProfessional and collaborative workplaceCompany Information AdeptMed Healthcare Solutions LLP provides Revenue Cycle Management solutions and healthcare support services for the US healthcare industry.
