Designation - Branch Head Company - Leading General Insurance Broking Company Location - Vadodara CTC - 18 TO 20 Lac Fixed + Variables Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development and Sales Leadership Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and SME segments. Lead and manage the sales team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Monitor market trends and competition to refine sales approaches. 2. Branch Operations Management Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning. Ensure timely issuance of quotes, proposals, policies, and renewals. Coordinate with internal departments (claims, underwriting, accounts) to deliver seamless service. Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines. 3. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence Ensure full compliance with IRDA regulations and internal audit requirements. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as mandated. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure risk management and compliance standards are met. 4. Team Management and Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff including sales and operations teams. Conduct performance evaluations and support career development. Cultivate a positive work culture and encourage collaborative teamwork.
