Job Description As the Territory Manager - Sales (PEM) for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Partner Excellence department. Your primary focus will be on expanding our partner network and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's presence in the region and contribute to its overall success. Responsibilities Lead the Partner Excellence team in the assigned territory, covering Bihar, Jharkhand, and the Northeast. Drive partner appointment and recruitment processes, ensuring a strong and diverse partner network. Develop and execute strategies for geographical expansion, identifying new market opportunities. Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, providing support and guidance to enhance their performance. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry. Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Qualifications A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar sales management role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry. Proven track record of successful partner management and geographical expansion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and supportive approach. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required. Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are an advantage. A passionate and results-driven attitude, with a commitment to excellence. .
