Jr. Client Servicing Executive (Kolkata)

Responsibilities include : MIS for the Kolkata Sales team: Revenues & forecasts on monthly & quarterly basis as per various profit centers based on inputs from the Sales team Sending Cheque reports, liaison with Accounts for Bills & Receipts of Clients Sending reminders to Kolkata Clients for Domains, AMC etc. with regular follow-ups, and collection of payment Monthly/Quarterly updates to clients on Hit Reports, promotion status, Articles etc Scheduling appointments and communicating with Clients regarding follow-ups for the pending payments and/or materials Liaison with the production teams regarding regular updates and follow-up for work Reply to client Queries and prepare initial drafts of the proposals The person would be working as part of the Kolkata Sales team and report to the Head - Web-Solution Sales, Kolkata. The assignment is result oriented with excellent growth prospects Qualification Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word Excellent written / verbal communication skills in English Spoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essential Graduates would be preferred Experience 1 year's experience of working in back-office operations of a sales function is desirable Location Kolkata Age 22 - 30 years Remuneration Remuneration would be commensurate with experience & qualifications .
