The role involves handling global customers across voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and prior experience in international customer support environments. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, and email - Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction - Provide accurate information on products, services, and account-related issues - Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards - Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems - Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution Requirements 25 years C2 level communication with international BPO telecom experience Excellent English communication skills (C2 level proficiency required) Strong listening, comprehension, and articulation skills Experience handling US/UK/Australia customers preferred Neutral accent and professional communication style Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability Work Details: - Rotational shifts including night shifts - 56 days working (as per process requirement) - International blended support workplace Benefits Competitive salary package as per industry standards Opportunity to work on an international process (US/UK/Australia clients) .
