Job Description Senior Engineer Network Security (Zscaler & Palo Alto) Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Palo Alto Firewalls to support global enterprise security operations. The role involves incident management change implementation troubleshooting and maintaining secure network access solutions in a 24x7 operations environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage and support Zscaler ZIA ZPA and ZCC environments. - Perform Incident Change Service Requests and MACD activities within agreed SLAs. - Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. - Implement and maintain web filtering application control and access policies. - Monitor security events logs and network traffic to identify and resolve issues. - Troubleshoot connectivity VPN proxy and firewall-related incidents. - Collaborate with internal teams vendors and OEM support for issue resolution. - Participate in 24x7 support operations and major incident management.
