Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants | SCM & HCM- Contract Role

Location: Bangalore Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Experience: 5+ years We are hiring Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants for two separate contract roles: Role 1: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant Role 2: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Candidates are expected to have strong functional expertise in their respective Oracle Fusion Cloud domain. These are two distinct positions; candidates are not expected to have experience in both SCM and HCM. Role 1 Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. Key Skills & Experience 5+ years of relevant Oracle SCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following:ProcurementInventory ManagementOrder ManagementManufacturingProduct ManagementSupply PlanningMaintenanceCost ManagementExperience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and functional configuration.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production deployments.Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, enhancement or support engagement.Good understanding of integrations, reports and data migration from a functional perspective.Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional solutions.Role 2 Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Key Skills & Experience 5+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure.Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following:Core HR / Global Human ResourcesAbsence ManagementTime and LaborPayrollBenefitsCompensationRecruitingTalent ManagementPerformance ManagementLearningExperience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and functional configuration.Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production deployments.Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation, rollout, enhancement or support engagement.Good understanding of HCM integrations and data migration from a functional perspective.Ability to work directly with HR/business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.What We Are Looking For Across Both Roles Strong functional and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to independently own functional deliverables.Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.Exposure to Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and impact assessments is desirable.Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are an advantage.Compensation: 1,200,000.00 - 2,400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
