Role Summary We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM), MRP/Master Planning, and core SCM processes to support and resolve functional issues in a production support environment. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for D365 F&O SCM. Handle Advanced Warehouse Management and MRP/Master Planning. Manage end-to-end SCM processes including Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Planning. Analyze and resolve production issues and support tickets. Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. Participate in testing, UAT, and process improvements. Take ownership of assigned issues and deliver timely solutions. Learn and support additional areas such as Electronic Reporting (ER). Be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts. Required Skills 8+ years of D365 F&O SCM experience. Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM) and MRP. Good knowledge of core SCM processes. Experience in production/support projects. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. .
