Key Responsibilities: 10 + years of experience Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations, including PR to PO processing and purchase order management Lead sourcing projects by creating, executing, and managing RFP/RFQ processes Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct bid analysis, and recommend the best sourcing options Coordinate bid clarifications, supplier communications, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and track PO status using SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems Maintain Vendor Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates in procurement systems Provide procurement helpdesk support by resolving user queries and ensuring adherence to procurement policies and SLAs Source and manage indirect spend categories such as IT, HR, consumables, facilities, and construction materials while driving supplier performance and process improvements.; Contact Person: Poornima J Email: poornima@gojobs.biz .
