RCM Team Coach

Job Title: RCM Team Coach Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Experience: 03 Years to 06 Years Working Days: 5.5 days working Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RCM Team Coach to support and develop our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AR, Billing, Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV), Denial Management, Claims Follow-up, and other US Healthcare RCM processes. The RCM Team Coach will coach team members, improve process knowledge, monitor quality and productivity, identify performance gaps, and ensure that the team meets client and company standards. Key Responsibilities Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and process guidance to RCM team members. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions based on performance and quality results. Identify knowledge gaps and create coaching and action plans. Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT, and SLA adherence. Review errors, denials, claim issues, and process gaps to identify root causes. Provide constructive feedback and track employee improvement. Support new-hire training, nesting, and process transition. Conduct refresher training on US Healthcare RCM processes and client SOPs. Assist in training materials, process updates, and knowledge assessments. Ensure adherence to client SOPs and applicable compliance requirements. Analyze performance reports and identify trends requiring coaching intervention. Support process audits and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain coaching records and performance improvement documentation. Participate in calibration sessions with Operations and Quality teams. Recommend solutions for recurring process and performance issues. RCM Process Knowledge Accounts Receivable (AR) Medical Billing Claims Submission & Follow-up Denial Management Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EV/BV) Prior Authorization Payment Posting Charge Entry Insurance Verification A/R Aging Appeals & Reconsiderations Payer Follow-up Patient Billing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Required Qualifications Graduate degree in any discipline. 36 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM. 12 years of experience in coaching, training, SME, Team Lead, or quality-related role preferred. Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM workflows. Good knowledge of medical billing terminology and payer processes. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with EHR/EMR, billing, or RCM platforms is preferred.
