Job Title: Deputy General Manager AR ( US Healthcare) Client: Huron Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days) Shift: Night Shift Cab will be provided Role Description: Experienced US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leader with 15+ years of expertise in managing large-scale Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for US healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, and medical billing organizations. Proven success in leading 250+ member teams across Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials Management, Payment Posting, and Revenue Cycle Operations. Robust background in operational excellence, client management, process transformation, productivity improvement, and revenue realization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end US Healthcare AR operations. - Manage large operational teams of 250+ FTEs including Managers, Team Leads, SMEs, and AR Analysts. - Drive AR collections performance and maximize reimbursement from insurance payers and patients. - Monitor and improve key healthcare AR metrics including Aging, Collection Ratio, Denial Rate, First Pass Resolution, and Productivity. - Handle escalations related to claim denials, underpayments, appeals, and payer disputes. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and client-specific quality standards. - Conduct governance calls, business reviews, and operational reviews with US clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with Coding, Billing, Credentialing, Payment Posting, and Provider Relations teams. - Drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and transition/migration projects. - Analyze payer trends, denial patterns, and revenue leakage opportunities. - Manage workforce planning, attrition control, employee engagement, and leadership development. - Ensure achievement of SLA, TAT, quality, productivity, and financial targets. .
