ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities: Review and record submitted invoices and documentationWork with finance teams to maintain accurate Capital Expenditure Reporting for capital spendingWork with the accounting department to ensure proper GL and FAS coding of capital itemsPrepare capital invoices covered with GL and FA codingPrepare and submit billing for reimbursement Review, prepare, and consolidate project finance reporting, including but not limited to Budget Forecast and Cash Flow projectReview Project closeout documentation for accuracy and completionAssist in the preparation of any required financial reports for presentation to stakeholdersAssist with the coordination of accounting and finance teams regarding financial mattersAssist with internal and external audits as necessaryAd Hoc projects as they arise QualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education: Must have at least more than 2 years of experience in AccountingPractical and flexible attitudeMust be detail-oriented, a team player, and able to effectively work to strict deadlinesMust be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, finance, and accounting systemsAbility to work in a multi-office, multi-cultural, multi-regulatory project execution environmentGood verbal and written communication skills required #LI-PM1 About Us Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
