Deputy Finance Manager - Management Accounts

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will leverage your Chartered Accountant background to provide high-quality financial consulting services. You will lead and manage client engagements, delivering strategic recommendations, and driving financial transformations. You will also play a key role in managing projects, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the consulting firm. Provide financial and strategic advisory services (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management). Financial Analysis & Strategy Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments. Provide recommendations on financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability. Assist clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance. Project Management Lead and manage financial consulting projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance. Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification is mandatory. 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in varied industries throughout the professional career. Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams. Leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar). Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. .
