Finance Manager Budgeting & Cost Control PH NO: 9150016792 Location: Chennai Experience: 58 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction Preferred Qualification: MBA Finance / CA / CMA / M.Com or equivalent Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager Budgeting & Cost Control to manage financial planning, budgeting, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role will focus on ensuring effective utilization of funds and maintaining strong financial discipline across projects and operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets, project budgets, and financial forecasts.Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and identify budget variances.Implement effective cost control measures across projects and departments.Analyze project-wise costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.Prepare MIS reports, budget vs. actual reports, and management dashboards.Track and control project expenditure to ensure costs remain within approved limits.Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Accounts, and Management teams for financial planning.Review major expenses, vendor costs, project requirements, and financial commitments.Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Support management in financial decision-making through accurate analysis and forecasts.Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies.Required Skills Strong knowledge of Budgeting & ForecastingExcellent Cost Control & Variance Analysis skillsStrong financial and analytical abilityGood knowledge of MIS and ExcelProject costing and profitability analysisCash flow planning and financial reportingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Experience in Real Estate / Construction / InfrastructureExperience in project budgeting and cost controlAdvanced Excel / Power BI knowledge is an added advantagePay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundWork Location: In person .
