We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Secured Lending to support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and implement lending solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases). Conduct process analysis, gap assessment, and recommend suitable solutions. Work on end-to-end secured loan processes, including: Lead Management Loan Origination Credit Assessment Property Valuation & Legal Verification Sanction & Disbursement Loan Servicing & Collections Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and IT teams. Support LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and Digital Lending platform initiatives. Prepare test cases, support UAT, and coordinate issue resolution. Create process flows, reports, dashboards, and project documentation. Required Skills Domain Expertise Strong knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Gold Loans. Understanding of Credit Underwriting, Collateral Management, and Loan Servicing processes. Experience with LOS, LMS, and Digital Lending platforms. Business Analysis Requirement Gathering & Analysis BRD/FRD Preparation User Stories & Use Cases Gap Analysis Process Mapping Stakeholder Management UAT Support Technical Skills SQL & Data Analysis API Integration Concepts Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, IT, or Business Administration. MBA/PGDM preferred. CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Scrum, or Banking certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience Experience with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, or Lending Product Companies. Exposure to Digital Lending, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Origination Systems. Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments. Analytical Thinking Problem Solving Communication & Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Attention to Detail Ideal Candidate: A Business Analyst with 4-5 years of secured lending experience who can effectively bridge business and technology teams to deliver scalable lending solutions. .
