Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager Direct Sales Salary Package: 9 to 11 Lacs Per Annum Work Mode: Work from Office Shift Timings: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (IST) About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Enterprise Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and managing enterprise accounts across international markets. Key Responsibilities - Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers. - Conduct product presentations, sales demonstrations, and consultative discussions to understand client requirements. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management. - Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums when required. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Direct Sales, or B2B Sales. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Experience selling software solutions, IT services, SaaS products, or technology solutions is preferred. - Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills - Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, or Canadian markets. - Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
