Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Monitor CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and lead quality. Implement basic SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices. Set up and manage GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting. Must-Have Skills 2-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Strong hands-on experience in lead generation with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of generating leads and reducing CPL. Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Understanding of SEO and emerging AI Search/AEO concepts. Preferred Agency experience. Experience handling Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, or similar lead-gen focused accounts.
