We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales (Business Development) Professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients, and expand the organization's market presence. The ideal candidate will promote our technology and software services, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to achieving the company's revenue and growth objectives. RequirementsProven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within the IT services or software industry. Strong ability to identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods. Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure. Ability to understand client business requirements and effectively position the company's software development and technology solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals successfully. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and track opportunities. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. .
