Greetings for the Day!!! We are looking for a Sales Trainer for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience in training,Inside sales,International sales operations. Exp: 8+ Years(Min 2 years on paper exp as a Trainer) Location: Pune CTC: Upto 20 LPA Job Description:- The primary focus of this position is to develop and deliver training to the sales ( inside sales / digital rentals / business development representative) team, ensuring the training is aligned with best practice sales techniques and aligned across all sales channels. Responsibilities: Training Design & Delivery Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for Inside Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Facilitate product training, sales process training, and ongoing skill development initiatives. Create training materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, playbooks, role-play scenarios, and assessment tools. Deliver virtual and classroom-based training for teams. Develop and/or deliver Training and Enablement programs related to Will Scot Products & Services, sales soft skills and/or interpersonal skills. Make decisions on how best to find, share & reuse content while reviewing training content for message consistency aligned to the overall Sales Strategy. Sales Capability Development Train teams on: Prospecting and lead generation Cold calling and outbound sales techniques Discovery and qualification methodologies Objection handling and negotiation skills Value-based and consultative selling Pipeline management Account growth and customer engagement Sales Enablement Work closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure training content remains current and aligned with business priorities. Drive adoption and effective utilization of CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and reporting systems. Training Analytics & Reporting Measure training effectiveness using defined KPIs and learning metrics. Track onboarding success, quota attainment, conversion rates, productivity ramp-up, and training completion rates. Generate regular reports and recommendations for sales leadership.
