Associate HR Manager Company: FOID Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Experience: 45 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary FOID is looking for a hands-on and people-focused Associate HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in building a strong, professional and positive work culture. The role will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. Handle manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, selection and offer management. Manage joining formalities, onboarding, employee documentation and confirmation. Maintain attendance, leave records and provide accurate inputs for payroll processing. Manage performance management, KRAs/KPIs, appraisals and employee reviews. Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and SOPs. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns. Drive employee engagement, training and team-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, professional tax and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and MIS. Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower and employee-related matters. Support a positive and professional FOID culture through effective communication and employee engagement. Oversee basic HR administration and office/showroom employee-related requirements. Requirements 45 years of experience in HR operations, HR Generalist or HR Manager role. A degree or masters in Human Resources or management would be preferred. Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, leave and performance management. Good understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to independently manage HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms.
