Talent Acquisition Drive high-volume, rapid recruitment for warehouse staff, logistics executives, drivers, and operational roles. Partner with regional operations heads to forecast manpower requirements and reduce empty-shift vacancies. Manage local job fairs, vendor consultants, and campus/direct sourcing channels. Compliance & Labor Relations Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws, factory acts, minimum wage rules, and safety regulations. Handle employees grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial/employee relations issues promptly. Maintain statutory records, audits, and documentation for contractor and permanent workers. Performance & Engagement Implement performance appraisal cycles for office staff and productivity tracking frameworks for operational teams. Plan engagement and safety-awareness activities to improve worker retention and morale in high-stress logistics environments. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations (Master's/MBA preferred). Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with distinct exposure to logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
