Job Description Crazy Holidays, a leading experiential tour company based in Bangalore, is seeking dynamic, passionate, and responsible *Freelance Coordinators* to conduct and manage CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service), SEVA (Social Empowerment through Voluntary Action), and SUPW (Socially Useful Productive Work) programs outside school premises. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of socially impactful, student-centered programs designed to build life skills, civic responsibility, and environmental awareness. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead CAS/SEVA/SUPW programs for school students during educational and service-learning trips. Act as the liaison between schools, local NGOs/organizations, and Crazy Holidays. Supervise and guide students during off-campus service projects and experiential learning modules. Ensure all safety protocols and logistical arrangements are followed. Conduct orientation and reflection sessions for participating students. Prepare reports, feedback, and documentation post-program. Key Skills Required:* Robust communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and group management capabilities Empathy, patience, and a student-centric approach Good organizational and time management abilities Comfortable with travel and outdoor/field-based activities Eligibility Criteria Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, Humanities, or related fields (Masters preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating school programs, educational tours, or NGO/social sector work Experience with IB schools, CAS coordination, or SUPW implementation is a strong .
