Application Support - TALLY Prime

The Application support executive is responsible for the following activities of the application: - the user application is TALLY PRIME - the application collects data from TALLY and brings to a central database repository. The Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the post-implementation success of the project within client ecosystems. He / She will focus on accelerating the adoption and usage of the software across all user levels, both internal and external. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of driving the adoption of software following implementation.Guide clients through the initial usage phase to ensure full integration and optimalfunctionality. Develop an in-depth understanding of product workflows, functionalities and dashboards.Lead the strategy and execution for user onboarding, training and continuous support.Ensure smooth and error-free data input from client systems into the product.Work closely with technical teams to maintain seamless data flow.Monitor and validate data accuracy to uphold system integrity.Ensure timely availability of complete and accurate data.Identify and address any inconsistencies to maintain data sanity.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and achievements.monitor client progress, ensure software usage meets business objectives.Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.com with 4 - 6 years experience in supporting TALLY application.Good in-depth knowledge of TALLY PRIME is essential.
