Business Analyst (Business Development)

### Job Description #### About the Role Role: Business Analyst (Business Development) We are looking for a Business Analyst who can support both pre-sales and project delivery activities. The candidate should be able to write effective Upwork proposals, generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, understand client requirements, create BRD/PRD documents, manage client communication, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. At HapzSoft, the Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting business development (Sales), requirement gathering, client coordination, and project delivery. ### Key Responsibilities: * Write customized proposals on Upwork for relevant projects. * Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects, generate leads, and support outreach activities. * Understand client requirements through calls, chats, and discussions. * Prepare clear and detailed BRD and PRD documents based on business and project needs. * Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure proper understanding of scope and expectations. * Maintain professional client communication throughout the pre-sales and project lifecycle. * Coordinate with internal teams for estimation, planning, and execution. * Support smooth project delivery by tracking requirements, clarifications, and deliverables. ### Required Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication * Experience in Upwork proposal writing * Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator * Good understanding of BRD and PRD creation * Strong analytical and documentation skills * Ability to manage client communication and coordinate with technical teams .
