About the Role We are seeking an experienced Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) Analyst/Senior Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical and life sciences analytics. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in developing, interpreting, and delivering Marketing Mix Models for pharmaceutical clients and be comfortable working in a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for pharmaceutical/lifesciences brands in US. Prepare and integrate sales, promotional, media, and market datasets for modeling. Perform data transformations such as adstock, saturation, lag creation, normalization, and feature engineering. Build, validate, and interpret regression-based MMM models. Analyze marketing channel effectiveness, ROI, incremental sales, and promotional response. Generate actionable recommendations for budget allocation and channel optimization. Develop clientready presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with consulting, data engineering, and commercial strategy teams throughout project delivery. Required Qualifications 23 years of handson experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Mandatory experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences analytics, with exposure to commercial analytics and Marketing Mix Modeling engagements. Strong understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling methodology Regression modeling Adstock and saturation techniques ROI and contribution analysis Model diagnostics and validation Budget optimization, pathway modelling and synergy analysis Experience working with HCP promotion, DTC media, digital marketing, and omnichannel promotional data. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Technical Skills Proficiency in Python. Strong SQL skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with statistical techniques including Linear Regression Ridge/Lasso Regression Bayesian Regression Multicollinearity assessment Time-series data preparation Model validation Preferred Candidate Profile Experience delivering Marketing Mix Modelling projects for pharmaceutical clients. Ability to independently execute endtoend MMM engagements. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fastpaced consulting environment.
