Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Leverage cloud services (Azure, AWS) for deployment and scaling when necessary. Mentorship Tasks: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and conducting code reviews. Share best practices for software development, Agile methodologies, and .NET technologies. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and .NET tools. Help team members solve technical challenges and improve problem-solving skills. Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET trends and technologies Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
