Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, Angular, and MSSQL to join our dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities: Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies on the back end and Angular for the front end. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and write complex SQL queries to interact with MSSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. API Integration: Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. Unit Testing: Implement best practices in coding, perform code reviews, and ensure testing of applications to enhance performance and security. Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Code Quality & Technical Leadership: Review pull requests (PRs) submitted by team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, security best practices, and maintainability requirements. Provide constructive feedback and drive engineering excellence across the team. Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through technical discussions, code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to help grow their technical capabilities and promote best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), Product Owners (POs), Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide technical inputs during planning and estimation activities, and communicate implementation considerations, risks, and dependencies when required. Exposure to AI/ML concepts including supervised learning, model training, and data preprocessing. Integrated intelligent features into applications using third-party AI APIs. Strong interest in applying AI/ML techniques to enhance modern web applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: .NET Framework: Proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core) with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. Angular: Extensive experience in building responsive and dynamic single-page applications using Angular 2+. MSSQL: Solid knowledge of MSSQL, including database design, performance tuning, and writing stored procedures and triggers.
