Requirements: Strong backend development experience in Java / Python / Golang / Erlang.Hands-on experience with microservices and scalable, distributed system architecture.Solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and database design.Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, and frameworks.Proven experience in algorithmic development and complex problem-solving.Experience designing and implementing non-trivial multi-process / multi-threaded systems.Strong grasp of version control (e. g., Git) and software engineering best practices.Prior experience with code reviews, technical mentoring, and design discussions.Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Candidates from premier institutes preferred. .
