Responsibilities - 5 + years in Power Platform (admin + delivery); proven CoE governance experience in large enterprises (10K+ users). - Hands-on CoE Starter Kit implementation and operations (install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade). - Strong ALM experience: Solutions, managed/unmanaged strategy, pipelines, setting variables, connection references. - Governance & security knowledge: DLP policies, connector strategy, tenant settings, auditing, and compliance alignment. - Operational excellence: monitoring/alerting, incident response, runbooks, and performance/capacity management. Qualifications - Nice to Have Experience operating in FMCG / manufacturing / supply chain / quality business processes. - Experience with enterprise compliance programs (data classification/retention) and audit evidence preparation. - Experience migrating/rewriting from Google AppSheet / scripts into Power Platform. Required Skills - Certifications (Preferred) - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate .
