CREDIT CARD OUTBOUND TELECALLER Position Title: Outbound Telecaller (Credit Cards Sales) Job Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata Fixed Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift) Compensation: 14,000 – 18,000 Net Take Home (NTH) + Performance Incentives POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking target-driven, energetic, and highly persuasive Outbound Telecallers to join our growing credit card acquisition team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Operating within an automated dialer environment, selected professionals will engage pre-defined prospects, successfully communicate the advantages of premium credit card portfolios, and convert opportunities into final closed sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES High-Volume Dialer Sales: Initiate daily outbound sales calls utilizing an automated corporate dialer system. Lead Conversion: Formally pitch and present the features, rewards, and core benefits of credit cards to convert cold/warm prospects into verified applications. Objection Handling: Confidently handle client resistance, clarify doubts, address product inquiries, and deliver accurate product mappings. Target Management: Consistently satisfy or surpass specified daily phone connectivity/talk-time matrices and final monthly sales conversion objectives. Data Discipline: Securely document and log detailed customer interaction status codes and responses inside the designated operational CRM system. CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS Education & Compulsory Experience: Experience Threshold: Minimum of 6 months of hard experience in Outbound Telecalling Sales is mandatory. Profiles without verified outbound sales history will not be evaluated. Minimum Education: Higher Secondary (HS / 12th Pass) or a Graduate qualification across any mainstream academic discipline. Required Capabilities & Traits: Sales Competence: Superior telephone presentation, pitch delivery, and negotiation skills. Language Capability: Fluid and confident voice communication in regional platforms (Bengali / Hindi) alongside conversational English understanding.
