Position: Export Sales Manager Department: Export Sales / International Business Reporting To: HOD Location- Pirangut , Pune Experience: 10-15 Years in Export Sales / International Business Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international business growth and expand the companys global customer base. The role will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, acquiring international customers, managing key accounts, ensuring smooth export operations, and achieving revenue targets through effective market penetration and relationship management. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Sales Growth Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve international revenue targets. Identify new markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities globally. Set sales objectives and monitor performance against targets. Drive business growth through market expansion and customer acquisition. 2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners. Generate new business opportunities in international markets. Lead negotiations and finalize commercial contracts. Manage long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Market Analysis Analyze global market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Identify emerging markets and potential business opportunities. Recommend appropriate pricing strategies and product positioning. Monitor competitor pricing and market developments to maximize market share. 4. Export Operations & Documentation Oversee export processes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and documentation teams for timely shipments. Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of export documentation. Monitor order execution, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments. 5. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and motivate the export sales team to achieve business objectives. Set team targets and monitor individual and team performance. Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. Ensure smooth execution of customer orders and export sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications 10-15 years of proven experience in Export Sales / International Business Development . Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer relationship and business development skills. Ability to identify new markets and generate international business. Strong understanding of pricing, commercial negotiations, and sales targets. Good knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally, if required
