We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage customer relationships across the sales and post-sales lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer communication, timely resolution of queries, coordination with internal teams and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage CRM operations for sales and post-sales activities. Oversee customer communication from booking through possession and post-sales support. Manage customer queries, complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, projects and other internal teams. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Monitor customer follow-ups, documentation, payment-related communication and other milestones. Track customer issues and ensure closure within defined timelines. Prepare CRM MIS reports, dashboards and management updates. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to CRM processes. Develop and improve customer service processes to enhance customer experience. Handle escalated customer concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions. Ensure timely communication of project updates and important customer information. Candidate Profile: Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM/customer relationship management. Experience in real estate CRM and post-sales will be strongly preferred. Strong experience in customer query and complaint management. Good coordination and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MIS reporting. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
