We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving business targets, handling customer relationships and ensuring effective conversion of leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate business and improve conversions. Manage leads generated through various channels and ensure timely follow-up. Handle customer meetings, property presentations and site visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and conversion ratios. Guide the team in lead qualification, follow-ups, negotiations and closures. Coordinate with presales, marketing and CRM teams for smooth sales operations. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on targets and achievements. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall revenue growth. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Candidate Profile: 57 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry . Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of property sales and customer acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills. Candidates with experience in residential/commercial real estate sales will be preferred.
