Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Generate leads through market visits, references, online platforms, and networking. Required Skills 23 years of experience in Industrial / B2B / Field Sales Experience in Manufacturing, Machinery, Automation, Coding & Marking, or Industrial Equipment will be preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions. Strong lead generation and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Willingness to travel locally and within the assigned territory. Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, and basic CRM/Reporting tools.
