Position : Event Executive Community & Experiences Location : Barakhamba Road / Connaught Place, New Delhi (on-site) Type : Full-Time (evening & weekend availability required) Experience : 2+ years preferred Compensation : Fixed + performance incentive linked to event outcomes About the Role A well-established specialty tea retail brand in Central Delhi is looking for an Event Executive to build a live community around its flagship store. This is not a back-office coordination job you'll be the face of the store's social calendar, designing and hosting recurring experiences that bring poets, artists, creators and tea lovers through the door. If you've ever organised an open mic, run a coworking community, or hosted a workshop and enjoyed it more than the desk work around it, this role is built for you. What You'll Do -Conceptualise and host recurring in-store events: poetry evenings, networking mixers, pottery workshops, tea-brewing masterclasses, seasonal tastings and pop-ups -Build a loyal community of regulars local artists, poets, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts -Partner with poets, potters, musicians and neighbouring small businesses to co-host and cross-promote -Own end-to-end logistics: scheduling, RSVPs, setup, vendor coordination and budgets -Drive event promotion and content Instagram posts, reels, event photography -Design every event with a clear commercial tie-in: tastings that convert to purchases, loyalty sign-ups, merchandise -Track attendance, sales impact and repeat visitors, and improve programming from real feedback What We're Looking For -2+ years in event planning, hospitality, community management, F&B or retail experience roles -Strong interpersonal skills and genuine comfort engaging creative, diverse groups -Confident hosting or emceeing small groups (2040 people) -Organised enough to run several events and timelines at once -Working knowledge of Instagram and Canva -An eye for aesthetics and experience design -Passion for tea culture, or the curiosity to become an expert in it Bonus Points For -Existing connections in Delhi's artist, poetry or maker communities -Background in cafs, restaurants or specialty retail -Photography or videography skills -Any knowledge of tea brewing What's On Offer -Creative freedom to shape the store's entire event culture from scratch -Fixed salary plus incentive tied to event-driven sales -Employee discounts on products and merchandise -A clear path into a broader Marketing / Community Lead role as the programme scales To Apply: Reply to this email with your CV and a short note on the best event you've ever organised what it was, how many people showed up, and what you'd do differently or Whatsapp connect on +918108000207.
