Dear Candidate, Greetings ! Vvinayak Associates We are hiring a Purchase Executive for our Architectural & Interior Design firm based at Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai . Position: Purchase Executive Experience: 2-8 years Industry Experience: Architectural, Interior Design or Construction Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end purchase activities for interior and architectural projects. Source materials, vendors and suppliers as per project requirements. Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices and finalize vendors. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. Track material orders, delivery schedules and pending requirements. Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements. Maintain purchase records, vendor details and documentation. Coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project sites. Ensure the correct quantity, quality and specifications of materials are dispatched and received. Follow up with vendors regarding delays, shortages, damages or discrepancies. Key Requirement Candidates should have good knowledge of interior and architectural materials , their applications, specifications and market availability, along with practical knowledge of material dispatch and delivery coordination . Candidates with experience in Architectural / Interior Design / Construction industries will be preferred.
