Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and record patients vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment. - Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records. - Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies. - Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care. - Ensure infection control and patient safety practices are followed. - Respond effectively to medical emergencies and perform basic life support (BLS) as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times. - Participate in training, continuous education, and quality improvement initiatives. - Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc. Nursing). - Registration: Registered Nurse with [State/National Nursing Council]. - Experience: - Fresher or experienced (03 years preferred in hospital or clinical setting). - Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. - Skills: - Solid clinical and observation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented. - Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (rotational).
