The role involves providing nursing and personal care to elderly residents, post-hospital recovery patients and individuals who require supervised assistance in a safe, comfortable and respectful residential environment. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care and assistance to residents. Administer medicines as prescribed and maintain medication records. Monitor vital signs and promptly report significant changes. Assist with post-hospital recovery and rehabilitation care. Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. Assist residents with mobility, feeding, hygiene and other activities of daily living when required. Maintain accurate nursing and care documentation. Communicate appropriately with residents and their family members. Follow infection-control, medication-safety and patient-safety practices.
