About The Role We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner in India to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to drive business growth and organisational effectiveness. Working in a global matrix environment, you will influence and execute people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, navigate organisational change and foster an engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate would combine strategic business acumen with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Your Impact & Responsibilities Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectivesPartner with leaders on strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance managementSupport business transformation efforts and change management initiatives to enable sustainable growthUse HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programsDrive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retentionProvide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolutionServe as the primary HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for GTM OrganisationCollaborate with regional HR colleagues and Centres of Excellence to implement global and regional initiatives Qualifications Your Knowledge and Skills Experience Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field810 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist rolesProven experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market organizations within Technology or related industriesExperience supporting senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisationGood understanding of Indian employment legislation and HR compliance requirementsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skillsAbility to work under pressure and multi-taskAbility to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environmentHigh level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information What You'll Get In Return Exposure to exciting and award-winning technologies in the Cyber Security industry.
