Role Overview The Head HR will be responsible for leading the organization's people strategy, talent management, culture development, employee engagement, compliance, and HR technology initiatives. This role demands a HR leader who can operate at both boardroom and execution levels, driving business growth in a fast-paced technology and product-led environment.
