Responsibilities Support the HRBP in performance management processes, organizational development initiatives, and other strategic HR programs. Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and providing support to managers on people matters. Conduct employee induction and assimilation programs to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and morale. Draft and manage internal HR communications, announcements, and policy updates. Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and PPT-based analysis for leadership reviews. Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to enhance HR reporting, communication, and productivity. Support HR operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 24 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HR data analysis. Ability to handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism. Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Experience with HRIS systems and internal communications will be an added advantage.
