Senior Team Leader (Counselor) Immigration & Study Abroad Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in tourist and study visa counseling for major destinations like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader (Counselor) to lead and manage a team of visa counselors in our Immigration and Overseas Education department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tourist visa processing as well as study abroad counseling, covering key destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior counselors and visa executives. Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure monthly targets are met. Conduct regular training to keep the team updated on visa rules and procedures. Client Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to clients regarding tourist visas and study abroad options. Guide clients on eligibility, documentation, application processes, and timelines. Recommend suitable countries and visa types based on the clients profile and purpose. Visa Process Management: Handle complete end-to-end visa application processes for tourist and student categories. Ensure accuracy and compliance with current immigration regulations and visa guidelines. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and education institutions as needed. Documentation & Follow-up: Oversee document preparation and verification. Follow up on client applications and provide timely updates. Address and resolve client concerns or objections professionally. Sales & Business Development: Convert leads into successful enrollments/visa applications. Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to service expansion. Support marketing and promotional activities when required. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tourist and study visa counseling. In-depth knowledge of visa rules and documentation for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Knowledge of CRM tools and visa application portals preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (preferred: immigration, international relations, or education).
