To ensure 100% statutory compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, contractor compliance requirements, and other employment-related legislations. The role will be responsible for compliance monitoring, audits, statutory returns, inspections, and implementation of labour law requirements across the plant. Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, CLRA, Labour Codes, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Wages, and other statutory requirements. Monitor and manage contractor compliance, including licences, wage records, and PF/ESIC submissions. Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and maintain audit reports and compliance scorecards. Prepare and submit statutory returns; maintain statutory registers, licences, and records. Track labour law amendments and support implementation of current labour codes. Manage compliance dashboards, licence renewals, and support internal/external audits. Conduct compliance awareness sessions for contractors and supervisors. .
