Job Role: Inside Sales Location: Goregaon East - Mumbai Work Profile: This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Consultant located in Mumbai. We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team. The role will be based out of Mumbai. The role involves effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives! Key Responsibilities: Driving inquiries & admissions for the various short term/long term learning programsExperience in managing the entire sales cycle by consulting and providing learning solutionsEngaging with large volume of qualified leads that results in final conversion (enrolment in the program).Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCounseling students via phone or email regarding which program would be beneficial for their career advancement, and recommending the most suitable optionsRegularly updating the CRMAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in the education or e-learning industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field Education & Qualifications: Work Experience: min 1 year (Inside Sales Exp Mandatory) Educational Qualification: HSC/Graduation in any discipline Shift: 6 days working, Sundays fixed off Desired Attributes: Target-Oriented and Self-Driven Individuals Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage) .
